U.S. Counterfeiting Rises To All Time High
• LetterAs many of you know, Bernard Von Nothaus of NORFED was recently convicted and sentenced to 15 years in Federal Prison for essentially counterfeiting Silver and Gold coins, they call Liberty Dollars. How you can counterfeit coins, when they used 99.9% gold and silver at proper weights and measures that didn’t look that similar to U.S. coins, is the question I would have liked to ask the Jury. However, the backlash from his conviction from various supporters has been so great that members of the prosecution team are being pursued under ethics rules and they have a very good case against them, as you will read.
No “Fiat Currency” in the history of the World has survived for prolonged periods of time, yet gold and silver still remain today, the world’s foundation of monetary value. Why has Gold and Silver over the last 4,000 +/- years still maintained it value, yet some people dismiss it as a valued currency?
As you will see from the below link, which I sincerely plead to all to read and watch the videos. The money we use today “government issued Fiat Currency”, as those in the videos will explain, is by its definition “a counterfeit” and what Mr. Von Nothaus created was actually real money.
Isn’t it the ability to issue money, at virtually little costs, what counterfeiters try to do, right? If it only costs you 5¢ to recreate a $100.00 or $1,000,000, then you are getting something for nothing which is why the entire world prosecutes counterfeiters. It legal terms, I’m told, it would incorporate fraud and unjust enrichment as rightful causes of action. Yet we allow the Government and the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States to continuously print counterfeit money to the tune of $14.5 Trillion and then everyone wonders why our food, gas and other essential necessities continually cost more and the majorities of our inflation adjusted wages either remain the same or have fallen. Why businesses are failing, building and homes are vacant, and factories have closed? We wonder why wages and benefits to the Bankers and Wall Street increase, when 20% of the country is either underemployed or unemployed. When you can control the creation and issuance of money and have direct access to that money at below market rates, would you not dole it out to those that support you and the current system; hence the degree of cronyism and corruption within our system? Would politicians not be beholden to those that provide the $millions it takes for most to mount a viable campaign? Would Judges not be beholden to those that appoint and confirm them to their powerful positions? It is this reality that cannot be dispelled. The power to counterfeit money allows those that have the power, the ability to control much of the policy and commerce (monetary exchanges) within a society. It is that simple and why those in power like and want “Fiat Currency” as legal tender, and attempt to discredit or prohibit properly coined Gold and Silver as money and currency.

Understand that the very member banks of the Federal Reserve system, brokerage firms and the Government are the primary organizations that got us into this mess are the ones that have the continued direct access to borrow the money at the very lowest rates, currently at 1/4 of 1 percent and they continue to counterfeit fiat currency at record rates. If you or I were to counterfeit money and lend it to your closest cronies and business associates, we will go to jail.
The Federal Reserve System of the United States must be abolished, as Congressman Ron Paul and others support and the ability of any U.S. Government entity to borrower or create fiat currency must be repealed. There is no ethical or rational person alive today that can legitimately support the continuance of the various failed policies that a central bank and government borrowing have created.
Fixing the Judicial System is another issue. I would suggest however that by fixing the monetary system, it would have a significant positive effect on the judicial system, as the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 opened up the “Central Control” over monetary policy and therefore the pressure to continuous usurp numerous individual rights throughout the 20th Century. One thing that can be assured, that until you replace the fiat currency system with a market derived system, you will not have justice either.
