Where can I find a copy of the loan documents between USA and China?

I have searched online with no result. Where can I get a copy of the loan documents (contract?, statute?, ?) evidencing the debt the USA has with China? I'd like to read the default provisions, notice provisions, binding arbitration provisions, etc.

What are the *legal* ramifications of default. For instance, will the USA owe a higher interest? Will there be late fees? If not, what could China do? Garnish, levy, seek damages in UN court, or what?
