I have information which discredits Carla Bartschi on the grounds that she is incapable of telling the complete truth. She always stated to me through her felonious perjuries about me and the case she brought against me. She had told me many times that she had the ear of more than one Judge and that the Sheriff could be counted on doing anything she said. She also bragged one time to me that one of the DA's was her friend outside the courtroom. In Bartschi vrs. Kartchner she alledged that I was the father of a child of hers. I have always been denied the right of a paternity test. With the Judge Fink's knowledge and the DA and her lawyer, They said that I lived in Arizona at the time of the conception of this child and later moved to Utah. The court paper work insinuates that we were married. It insinuates that there was some sort of Domestic vilolence; basing their allegation on the fact that I had previously been sentanced for a attempted sexual assault ealier in my life. Just to answer the first few to show you the mettle of this woman: I never lived in Arizona. Not anything that would have constituted an address. I was never married to her. I didn't trust her after what I saw her do to her husband. I was living in Utah and the last time I visited her in Arizona was eleven months before that child was born. However, I have never denied that she could be mine. But for that to have happened, the child would have been concieved in Utah as she visited there 9 months before and in fact, was the one who tracked me down after I had gotten out of prison, while she was married and began a relationship with me. One, I might add that she had stopped when we were 20, because she decided she wanted my roommate instead. Upon the birth of this child, Carla knew who the father truly was, because right at the birth, She named this child with the surname of Her husband. And thus it remained for 8 years. She had always thought I was to get some kind of inheritance from my grandmother or mother when they died. When I almost died from a stroke, she showed up in the middle of the night, uninvited and tresspassed on my property, into my house, waking up my girlfriend (now my wife) and her daughter. She marched all of her kids in my house which was always unlocked because I lived so far out in the country. And sat down on chairs and couches and just glared at us. I had just had this stroke and couldn't use my left side, couldn't talk; so she just began demanding that I sign over a will to her for this child. Bear in mind that there still has been no blood test to either disprove it was her husbands or to prove that it was mine. SHE HAD DRIVEN THE SEVEN OF THEM UP TO WHERE I LIVED IN A CAR THAT HAD ONLY SEAT BELTS FOR 6. SHE HAD NO INSURANCE AND HER DRIVERS LIC. HAD BEEN REVOKED. SHE HAD EVEN BEEN TICKETED IN UTAH FOR THIS AND IT LATER WENT TO A BENCH WARRENT. I didn't like her husband much back then, but I had no idea that many of the things she said about him were perjuries until one day, I saw her pick a fight with him on the phone. There was a recorder attached to the line. She proceded to call him every name she could think of; really vile stuff. Then, when he would lose his temper and start shouting back at her; that is when she would start recording. IF THAT IS NOT WITNESS TAMPERING, THEN I HAVE NEVER SEEN IT! I remember her telling me then, that a district attorney had told her what to do, right down to turning of and on the recording so that didn't have any damning evidence against her. I remember she would even smack her kids to make them cry on the phone. All that started building on me and I finally got to where I couldn't stand her. There is nothing that she says in any court, which she does not have ulterior motives. And when she told me that she could get any ruling from the Maricopa County Court that she wanted, she wasn't lying. The problem with all of this is, that was the only thing that she didn't lie about. Any further help I can give, I will, because any Court, who denies any man or woman the right to fair and reasonable and Constitutional treatment, needs to evaluate their obvious lack of morals. They gave her whatever she wanted, based on lies; provable lies at that. But the court did to me, what they are doing to John. They denied me the right to say or do anything which interfeared with their pre-determined conclusion. The guy has a felony. FRY HIM. He doesn't bear consideration. Problem here is that Perjury is a felony. Adultery in Utah; felony. Evidence tampering; felony in most states. Tresspassing with the intent to commit blackmail or extortion; felony (Because Quote) she said the sheriff was in her hip pocket. She even lied about what I had really gone to prison for, knowing the circumstances and knew that I had been railroaded. In both cases, my only crime was stupidity in thinking the women loved me. In the case in which I was sent to prison: so like this John. The state of Nevada denied me the right to defend myself, so wouldn't you know who got placed to defend me. The other boyfriend of my girlfriend of the time. The Public pretender. Yes she caused a rich family too much embarrassment and had her ear bent to commiting perjury too. What they did and what Arizona is still doing to me is criminal. I deserve to be heard. John deserves to be heard; in every context that anyone else gets to use. In my case, I probably won't live long enough to see justice, since I have recently come down with esophogus cancer and am not expected to make it this time. Even Carla's Lawyer; a John Freidman Knew that she was lying under oath, but said nothing. I don't doubt that she was giving other considerations other than money as was her proven way. I have been told she even has another child by someone else, after her relationship with me. Apparently honestly and decency has no hold on her. Everytime her church leaders would chastise her for abuse of her children and behaving in this manner, she would go off the charts, then pulling her children out of a great charter school and then she has kept moving so that she can't be pinned down to a reckoning. There is volumes more. However, I believe that you can see the pattern here. We know the pattern of the judicial system down there already. They rule for women and children. Now this isn't a bad thing a lot of times, because I believe that many of them are abused. But when they become the predators, perjuring and deceptively twisting and turning a story until only their side is represented, and then finding Lawyers, usually being able to coherse DA's to take their cases; it is reprehensible. I say Shame on you. I want a blood test. That child should be made known the skullduggery that her mother has been pulling. Further, The DA and Sheriff need to be brought up on charges of judicial and police corruption. That would be the only fair and right thing to do.
