I vote NO on continued funding. Nothing else needs be done. And when Bush diverts funds from somewhere to continue the war impeach Bush for misdirecting funds, which clearly violates the CONstitution. Only CONgress gets to appropriate funds. Unfortunately, they do for ALL the wrong reasons.
