Another MADD "Top Cop" Nabbed for corruption

The New Jersey state Attorney General on Tuesday charged Clayton Police Chief Frank Winterswith, former head of the state's Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) chapter, with two counts of conspiracy and theft by deception.
