Article's obvious anti-gun slant:
"The safest practice would be to remove guns from the house, but if parents are unwilling to do that, they should lock them and store the ammunition separately, he said. "
My pro-gun response:
"The safest practice would be to purchase a GUN SAFE, so that a home's first line of DEFENSE can be made readily available in an emergengy (ie. stored LOADED), and still be unaccessable to minors or burglars."
