Earlier this evening, Alex Jones’ flagship website, Infowars.com, came under a concerted denial of service (DoS) attack. The site was down for more than two hours.
It happens. It usually turns out to be search engines -- presumably ill behaving but not deliberate continual attempts to access pages on the site to the exclusion of anyone else accessing it. Government agencies such as the Justice Dept., FBI and DHS are prime suspects in DNS attacks, and frequently result in their ISP designators being blocked from accessing sites.
