You have to be picked from a special lottery in order to be allowed to visit the crown of the Statue of Liberty (no doubt the winners are all properly screened, cleared, fingerprints, picture and DNA sample taken as well as going thru a metal detector, an X-ray machine and an anal cavity search).

Oooooh, the irony...
