The needs of developing countries.  An interesting choice of words.  What is meant here is you are to pay for a company to build in a developing country and then loose jobs when that company needs to ship what it produces to the USA .  In other words you get to give money to destroy jobs here and then pay to make the company rich.

I suggest that two thirds of the USA are developing areas that need the same chance at billions in grants or very low interest rate loans to develop power plants and industry, employ Americans and sell to Americans.

MiddleAmerican2010, we are the ones that pay the taxes, pay for our homes and will be given the bill from the handouts and bailouts.  If you are a MiddleAmerican 2010 you may want a choice in the next election so you can have a chance at the bailouts.
