The 1.5 million homes which have already been lost to foreclosure are just the tip of the iceberg compared to the 13 million total foreclosures expected over the five years from end-08 to 2014.
Oh, so, that report I read on the front page of the NYT or WSJ (most likely) yesterday tooting how great everything was and how more homes were being sold now than ever before and how we were all in the money and go out and buy, buy, buy, spend, spend, spend are not true? Damn!
