I don't know about this.  I tried to verify these delivery problems.  You would think that if the COMEX was delivering paper instead of gold that this news would be all over the gold websites.  It's not.  This one is one of only 2 stories I could find, and they were both by bloggers I've never heard of.  So either they've got the scoop, or they're shining us.
