Abdulrahman Zeitoun, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Syria, stands
outside the New Orleans Greyhound station that was converted into an
open-air detention center following Katrina. Zeitoun was imprisoned
under FEMA jurisdiction after being arrested for "trespassing" on his
own property.
