American Stonehenge, What does it mean?

Here is an interesting side story to my research on UN Agenda 21. I have posted it mostly because it is so interesting and mysterious as for the real relevance – judge for yourself – in the end it might just be a rich guy’s idea of cool grafitti. In Elbert County, Georgia there is a structure which is often referred to as the “American Stonehenge”. Almost 30 years since its’ construction this mysterious monument is more intriguing than ever. In light of the debates raging over climate change, sustainable development and population control it seems as though it could have been conceived by the authors of UN Agenda 21.
