Saw a tv show some time ago where a city had made it illegal for someone else to feed your meter.  Someone was going around trying to do a good  deed and he was actually arrested for putting a quarter in a meter for a car that wasn't his.

 That was B-E-A-Utiful!  Thank you.  That put a smile on my face and made my day....and I was having a pretty crappy day!  :)
