Why would anybody want to vote for Ron Paul? Is he going to eliminate taxes?

Look at the Bahamas: "Presently there is no direct taxation, i.e. on capital gains, corporate earnings, personal income, sales, inheritance or dividends. Though there now is a stamp tax of 7% on goods imported for business use. This is what the United States constitution says! Why are the Bahamas better than we are? Why aren't we following our Constitution, but they (the Bahamas) are following it voluntarily?

Of course, nobody else running is talking about a tax-free USA either.
