Armed vigilante groups policing 2 Mexican towns

Several hundred civilians have taken up arms in two towns in a southwestern Mexico state and are arresting people suspected of crimes and imposing a curfew, leading authorities to promise to reinforce security forces in the area.

When law enforcement won't fulfill its stated promise.  Indeed, when the cops work for the crooks . . . decent people take matters into their own hand alarming government who demand to be needed all the while taking bribes from the criminals.
