• Next News Network

Hook on, folks, you won't believe what you're about to hear. A couple of engineers out in California have successfully invented a hoverboard. Or at least something extremely close to it. They're calling it the world's first viable hoverboard, and as you can see in this video, it look a lot like the skateboard version we came to know and love in Back to the Future. A Magnetic Field floor system works together with the Hover Engine - powered gliding machine, to produce the magic of the levitating skateboard. But McFly, those boards don't work on water! That's just one of the many scientific challenges still facing Hendo, in their quest to build the perfect hoverboard. There's also some struggles dealing with short battery life, and right now, the board can ONLY work
