Hundreds of ballet dancers performed outside the Good Morning America studio in Times Square to show support for Prince George after host Lara Spencer mocked the young royal for taking ballet lessons. 

Spencer apologized live on air on Monday following the backlash against her comments admitting she had 'screwed up' and calling her reaction to the young royal's new school curriculum 'insensitive' and 'stupid'. 

Afterwards, a crowd gathered outside the Good Morning America studio in New York and performed a series of pirouettes to support the #BoysDanceToo social media movement.

They were led by dancer Travis Wall, who had previously criticized Spencer for her comments and spoken about the bullying he received as a young dance student.

Travis and two other dancers had been interviewed by Spencer immediately after she apologized.
