Robert McCaffrey shared a video with more than 5,000 of his followers on Instagram of him partaking in a 'no hands challenge' at a rock climbing gym in Dublin.   

Footage shows Robert balancing his body against the wall as he manages to scale the route using only his feet.

The Irish climber manages to perfectly balance his body weight using his legs while moving up the wall in an incredible feat of strength. 

The video has left viewers baffled as to how he was able to pull of the challenge so effortlessly, with many shcoked to beleive that such a technique is even possible.

McCaffrey told Storyful that it was created as 'a fun challenge' for people to try going hands-free and that he put his hands behind his back for 'added core/foot work training'.

He said that he 'had a good laugh' and 'benefitted from the training aspect'.
