He was 29 years old. His father works for NATO by the way  and that's how he got the gun. He opened fire on ICE agents and illegal migrants and pretty much anyone near the ICE facility killing two illegal aliens. One eye witness was there waiting for an appt that she had in the parking lot and said the shooter was peppering everything with bullets and she heard at least 20 shots.
