'Last' was 32.66.  It was approximately 30.80 when this (I don't know just what to call it yet) began the morning of the 17th, and I knew this wasn't just 'business as usual'!

Gold has been on an increase also, but not in the same proportion as silver (as has been explained quite well on Freedom's Phoenix).
