I am thrilled that Mitt Romney seems to be well on his way to becoming the Republican presidential nominee. No, I'm not kidding. I think it is the best possible outcome, far better than Ron Paul winning.
Now, as anyone who knows me can guess, it's not because I think Romney is a great guy who will do great things. On the contrary, he is the quintessential political whore: a delusional, narcissistic, god-complex pathological liar who has no beliefs, values or substance of his own. He is a slimy, dishonest prevaricator who will say whatever he thinks will benefit himself, without the slightest regard for truth or morality. He is a two-faced, opportunistic con-man, a crook of the highest order, devoid of any shred of principles or integrity.
How do you like my endorsement of Mitt so far?
So why would I want him to win? In fact, I don't just want him to be the Republican candidate; I want him to be the next President. Yes, I'm absolutely serious.
But why? Because I think Puppet Romney would do an outstanding job of finishing what Puppet Clinton, Puppet Bush, and Puppet Obama have done so far. No, I'm not talking about their totalitarian agenda. I'm talking about completely destroying the legitimacy of the U.S. ruling class in the eyes of its victims, and in the eyes of the rest of the world. If we want people to see through the extortionistic, violent and fraudulent charade that is "government," what better way to do that than to have the ultimate crooked, paid-off, self-serving empty suit megalomaniac occupying the White house?
It took a while until the dupes who had so enthusiastically shouted "change," wetting themselves with joy at the coming of the Obamessiah, started to notice that nothing changed. There are still a few, but not many, who haven't yet realized that the answer to the question, "Can we use government to fix everything?" is a resounding, "No, we can't!" Obama's emotion-exploiting, empty manipulation eventually wore off, but it took a while for a lot of people to accept reality. The guy is just Bush III.
Before that, devout Republican state-worshipers spent years going to great lengths to try to avoid admitting that Bush II was a big-government, collectivist control freak. But most of them now realize it.
Well, who would have any doubt about Romney? Who would imagine for a moment that the guy has an honest bone in his body, or that he believes in anything at all, other than his own wealth, power and glory? His flip-flopping is downright legendary, to a hilarious degree. If you want to help people see through the facade of "government," to realize that it's nothing but a gang of liars and crooks plundering and enslaving mankind for its own benefit, then Mitt is your man!
In contrast, if Ron Paul became President, it would create among many a renewed, but completely misguided hope in the possibility of "politics" and "working within the system" achieving freedom, despite the fact that it has never happened in the history of the world. With Dr. Paul in office, people might start respecting the presidency again, and that is not a good thing. To put it another way, don't let Ron Paul ruin what so many politicians have spent decades accomplishing--namely, demolishing any imagined credibility or legitimacy the gang of crooks in Washington ever had.

A lot of libertarian folk, and patriots in general, forget about the laws of supply and demand when not talking about money. But supply and demand works in all areas of life.
America and Americans are losing their freedom. Well, not any more or any less than anyone else. What we are really losing is a certain method of administering our freedom among ourselves.
Take the nations of South America, for example. I've heard it said that crime down there is 3 or more times what it is here in America. Yet, people still live down there. They still raise families, work on jobs, enjoy weekend freedom on the beach, etc.. They simply do it with a little more crime in their lives. And often, they take part in the criminal activities, themselves, just to survive.
The United States is simply going through a crime cycle. And this is the phase of the cycle where the crime is deeply seated and rooted in Government.
Sure, things will get bloody after awhile. But then both the people and the Government will settle down into a bearable crime mode and simply get on with their lives.
Well, why not? After all, the crime has been here for a long time in the Federal reserve Bank, and we all have settled down to live with THAT, haven't we? So if we get someone into office who is going to bring huge amounts of crime in, all that will happen is we will find the balance between how much crime we can take, and how much resistance Government has to offer to our "rebellion."

Hey Larken - you make some great points as usual. I love what Ron Paul stands for, but Mitt is the krook to vote for if we'd like to end the world in a mountain of burning paper, etc. Pay no attention to liars like "PussyCat". You can guess where IP's like that trace back to. So, back to elections: It seems that once again it's between Kang & Kodos, -- with just a hint of Ron Paul.
One more thing... FRAUD stalkers: Pussycat, Brag and Bayag: I guess it is more sane for a person to sign his life away and risk his life in the military and be a slave, but it is mentally ill for someone to realize that doing their research and possibly getting certain exposure, that war serves druglords and global elitist bankster agendas anymore and anyone who speaks anti-government and figures this fact out is mentally ill because of the mere risk of "self-incrimination?"

I know Doug Wallace, a retired lawyer and ex-mormon. He was ex-communicated for ordaining a black man to the priesthood in the 70s. He and I both have been terrorized for being brave enough to not only leave, but stand up against it. I honestly have met people who agree that the Romney agenda is linked to my abduction, drugging, etc. that my father and former Mormon and best friend describe as CIA mind-control... Well PureTrust, I see that now, there were three articles when I hit to read. IT IS MORMON PROPHECY TO PREPARE FOR A REVOLUTION, AS WELL AS THEY WILL HAVE A PRESIDENT. I was taught as a 12 year old in Mormon summer camp to shoot well. The church is prepared for this, the reason that they make handbooks to prepare their membership, so that THEY win. THEY will kill us who are not WITH them (and the cartels). So, it is coming... Count on it, the ILLuminati (global banking cartel alliance) will put him in.
They love the Lion King and other Disney because it is about white supremacism and other brain-washings. Twilight vampire series writer Stepanie Myer (related to Mitt Romney) is being studies at the local college for racism. Hell, there is even a part where her guy with the sparkling white skin (not the dark one who turns into an animal) goes to Rome (The Vatican) and seeks special appointments, communications.
Stephanie Myer's cousin's facilitated the attempt with all other mormons to terrorize me out of my business (as punishment for leaving cult her "reason" she thought I was targeted) and they deliberately ruined cocnstruction and left me with a mess and no where to organize what was my income. My workstation that 4 months to put totether after special orders was deliberately dumped in the street! It cost me several thousand. Lasers new at $250k were deliberately required to be kept in my only ability to continue with an income at an office that I had already given written notice in while they took 16 weeks, rather than the 3 weeks promised. Thank God a miracle happened, the locksmith the Mormon controlled landlord called gave me a window! I was left with a huge mess that amounts to almost 25k to fix properly.

Mr. Rose is endorsing Romney for ONE reason only. So that things will get SO bad that people will get extremely angry, and DO something about the whole corrupt Government thing.
If one of the other bad guys gets elected, he just might not be bad enough so that the American people get hurt enough to get downright, mean mad... mad enough so that they clean house.
If Ron Paul gets elected, Things might become better for awhile. But then, the next time a bad guy gets into office, back things go, back to bad again.
Mr. Rose simply wants to get Romney in there so that things will get bad enough that the people will clean it all up within the next few years, rather than dragging it out for several more decades.
I am with Pure Trust. If being brilliant makes those less insightful think you are mentally ill... who cares, Larken. It takes those who have done their homework to see what has become of what was supposed to be a good thing (the decision to allow taxes at the Federal level). I dig this video as well. The nation is full of millions of people who are being robbed of their livelihood, and even their lives by Federal Government corruption. Most of these folks are numb from the neck up regarding the fact that they are being harmed, that they are losing their freedom.
The only difference between most of them and Mr. Rose is that Mr. Rose figured it out and tried to fight it. He happened to lose his earlier battle, so he is continuing the war in other ways.
the question is, where are you? Simply numb from the neck up? Or enjoying Government corruption?

A colleague of mine, a close friend who is a successful practicing attorney, believed that the Government was wrong in sending this guy to prison – he believed that a "sicko" like this should have been sent to a mental institution to avoid contaminating others with the spread of this kind of mental illness.
Anyway, let’s cite a symptom of mental illness that this macabre fan of Romney wrote here. In a minute, he would say something nice then in the next, he would spit on it as something evil.

Your logic is right on target. Ron Paul & Libertarian Party are fine as a way of educating people (if one actually believes in limited govt) but that's where their usefulness ends. If they actually assumed power it would be counter productive.
