Meet a "VIPER"  (Now that the media has started to bring up the Arizona Viper Militia, it's time to start reminding you what really happened. We saw it up close)   Donna Williams:
I apologize to the court for reading this. I am very anxious and wouldn't be able to remember all that I want to say by simply talking.

I understand this is my opportunity to tell the court about myself, since otherwise you only know what's in the court papers and pre-sentence report.

I was born in Oklahoma City in 1952, an only child. My parents and I were very close, best friends. My father was a petroleum engineer, my mom a teacher. My dad's job opportunities allowed us to travel extensively abroad and live in South America for six years. My parents loved the outdoors and gave me a great appreciation and love of travel, camping and nature. My dad grew up on a ranch in Texas where carrying firearms was a way of life. He taught me at an ear

On July 1, a dozen citizens of Phoenix were arrested and charged with being members of the "Viper Militia." The next day, President Clinton stood on the White House lawn. saying. "I'd like to begin today by saluting the enforcement officers who made arrests in Arizona yesterday to avert a terrible terrorist attack." But as the indictments are made available to the public and more evidence about the Vipers' activities emerges, it is becoming increasingly clear that the Viper case is merely the government's latest assault on citizens exercising their Second Amendment rights.

• Talking Points Memo (that's their real name)

Let's delve a little bit deeper into the black helicopter-infested world of the Viper Militia -- the 90's era group whose members ended up in federal prison and whose most prominent friend and defender, Ernest Hancock, staged the show of arms-bearing at an Obama event Monday.

A portrait of a feckless group of paranoid, right-wing, minimum wage-earning weapons enthusiasts -- 10 men and two women -- emerges from press accounts at the time.

(Here we go again - WATCH) All of the behind the scenes coverage, court filings, interviews and Truth were accumulated using the Internet (we were way ahead of our time even then). The Viper Reserves was a creation of just a few close friends that archived "everything". Including a 40 million dollar lawsuit that detailed all of the 'antics' of the Justice Department and Janet Napolitano as the prosecuting attorney. Sooooo, should this story be resurrected, much more information will be added to the public's awareness... better this late than never I guess :)
PHOENIX (CNN) -- An undercover policeman witnessed training sessions involving machine-gun practice and detonation of improvised explosives by Viper Militia members charged in a plot to blow up several federal buildings, authorities said Tuesday.

The undercover officer videotaped at least one of the sessions as the militia itself shot footage of planning meetings and a trip during w

The Usurper Obama comes to Phoenix Arizona on 08/16/09. Chris is inspired to come to the demonstration and exercise His rights of Free Speech, which includes his RIGHT to carry a loaded AR 15 as well as his loaded Glock 17 a 9 millimeter handgun around while he is peacefully rallying for the rights of the individual. He encounters crowds of acorn sponsored astroturf who are only interested in utilizing the force of government to steal from one group (the Productive class) to give to the another group (the welfare class).   There are views of groups chanting for socialism, fascism and the nanny state welfare vs Freedom, individual rights and Responsibility. Our hero Chris does a few interviews with those that insist that when the government STEALS for a "good" cause that somehow negates the fact they had to steal the money in the first place!

Hi Uncle Earnie,   A member of my boyfriends family was recently jumped by two men who attempted to kill him in Arkansas. They were waiting for him when he was on his way to work at around 7:30 in the morning. The men attempted to place a cloth with chemicals over his face and beat him. His wife screamed when she heard the commotion, and their son was awakened by what was happening. One of the men started toward the house and his son was forced to shoot at him...the man was killed. The other tried to flee on foot and even though their victim had been beaten he managed to get ahold of his own gun and tried to shoot at him. I thought that this might be of interest to you, because it made think twice in terms of being able to protect myself. Had they not had any protection who knows what would have happened to them. Daven.

This case outraged many rights activists, and alerted the state to the tyrannical changes that had been quietly made to self-defense law in Arizona. It also provided significant motivation for legislative changes that brought about the Castle Doctrine law, and a reversal of the corrupted burden of proof process, to the proper status it has today. Unfortunately for Mr. Fish, he suffered the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune through no intention of his own. He merely acted to protect himself against a violent attack in the wilderness.

DESCRIPTION: Last Friday there has been a topic at AR15.com regarding an AK DIAS (drop in auto sear).
After reading the initial topic my conclusion was that there is no such thing (the matter registered or not is beyond this consideration). A search at the web resulted in the usual rumors: "There had been a guy (decades ago) who did something like that but never seen any bla bla, yada yada... Somebody else claimed having done it but wouldn't release any info...
http://www.gunsnet.net/forums/archive...

All the other full auto conversions I've seen require drilling, welding, cutting parts of the guide rails etc. - what is of course not the meaning of "drop in".

Since I'm interested in facts rather than rumors and since in principle every semi auto selfloader can be modified to shoot full auto I decided to build my own device.
In the meantime some people told me they would consider it being a Lightning Link (LL) as

The Obama administration is raising the stakes in a fight over states' rights and firearm ownership by arguing that new pro-gun laws in Montana and Tennessee are invalid. In the last few months, a grass-roots, federalist revolt against Washington, D.C. has begun to spread through states that are home to politically active gun owners. Montana and Tennessee have enacted state laws saying that federal rules do not apply to firearms manufactured entirely within the state, and similar bills are pending in Texas, Alaska, Minnesota, and South Carolina.

High Court has examined every aspect of self defense Entire nation falsely believes the issue has never come up Sotomayer Misses All 14 Self Defense Cases
In Congressional testimony, Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayer claimed she couldn't think of a self-defense case having come before the Supreme Court, adding, "I could be wrong, but I can't think of one." Independent research shows that fourteen separate Supreme Court cases, from 1895 to 1985, addressed every basic aspect of personal self defense. All of them held that self defense is a valid, justifiable and long-standing tenet of American law. The Bloomfield Press book "Supreme Court Gun Cases" (Kopel, Halbrook, Korwin), released in 2003 and in the Supreme Court's library, covers the 92 High Court gun cases in existence at that time. Four additional gun cases (plus the original 92) are included in the followup, "The Heller Case: Gun Rights Affirmed," released in

A judge and jury in Beaver County, Pennsylvania ruled that a man who brought a holstered handgun to an Obama for President rally last year is not guilty of any crimes.

John Noble, who was also carrying a Christian Bible at the rally, made an Internet post prior to the rally saying he would "test what would happen." The judge called his actions "foolish," but not criminal.
