Real estate tax court case
In 1982 my father bought a 10 acer tract of land, he never paid the "real estate taxes" in 1991 the TOWN OF PALMER brought him to court. My dad won. in 2012 the town filed a complaint in land court.
My dad and I put a land patent on the land, and brought it up to an aliadal title status.
