Jim March is a former lobbyist for a small breakaway faction of the NRA (CCRKBA - Citizen's Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, allied with the Second Amendment Foundation) who has switched most of his focus to electronic voting reform. He combined his geek cred as a former IS/support/admin type with the public records digging he learned fighting corrupt gun permit processes into the electronic voting wars as a long-time supporter of Bev Harris of blackboxvoting.org where he still serves on the board. He is an integral part of the Pima County election reform team led by Bill Risner and alongside John Brakey of AUDIT-AZ.
