Something happened... H.R. 1388 was passed yesterday, behind our backs. You may want to read about it. It wasn't mentioned on the news... just went by on the ticker tape at the bottom of the CNN screen.
Obama funds $20M in tax payer dollars to immigrate Hamas Refugees to the USA . This is the news that didn' t make the headlines...
By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in "migration assistance" to the Palestinian
refugees and "conflict victims" in Gaza .
The "presidential determination", which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States, was signed on January 27 and appeared in the Federal Register on February 4.
Few on Capitol Hill, or in the media, took note that the order
provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support to the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.

His first call to any head of state, as president, was to Mahmoud
Abbas, leader of Fatah party in the Palestinian territory.
His first one-on-one television interview with any news organization was with Al Arabia television.
His first executive order was to fund/facilitate abortion(s) not just here within the U. S. , but within the world, using U. S. tax payer funds.
He ordered Guantanamo Bay closed and all military trials of detainees halted.
He ordered overseas CIA interrogation centers closed.
He withdrew all charges against the masterminds behind the USS Cole and the "terror attack" on 9/11.
Now we learn that he is allowing hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refuges to move to, and live in, the US at American taxpayer expense.
These important, and insightful, issues are being "lost" in the
blinding bail-outs and "stimulation" packages.

Is this your intent at this web site to alarm people with fear through the publishing of disinformation and innuendo.... why don't you tell people bill 1388 was originally passed in 1990 and why not tell people what the intent of the bill is and what is in the bill... why not tell people the 2009 bill is a revision of the bill....

I do not agree with most things our president says. I did not vote for him, and will not. But I do pray for him, and I do not appreciate emails like this. As much as I do not like what he stands for, it is unfair for people to send out stuff like this. I do not doubt that something similar to this might occur, but I think there are enough people still hurt about 9-11 as I am to keep this from happening. I do not trust that religion, but I pray for those people. I know we as a nation should be tolerant, but you can only be that so far as there is PEACE! They call themselves a peaceful religion, but I have read bits of the Koran and seen their marches. It is anything but peaceful.
I am NOT an Obama fan. I am not even close to being an Obama fan. I cannot see where the 20.8 mil includes moving them here. It says helping with the migration.....but does not give the location. Are we assuming this to be the case....wouldn't it have to be more definate?

You guys are, and others like you, are a huge part of the problem in America and the world today. I am not an Obama supporter. I do not agree on much that he has done so far. I am a common sense conservative, BUT mis-information like this article really upsets me and many other people I am sure. This is an outright lie and is easily verified, so why write it? Lies and distortions by BOTH political parties only make things worse. When a few people question this kind of lie more people become informed and everything that you, and others like you, print becomes suspect and deemed lies too. Who gains from this sort of thing? The truth is the best way, why is that so difficult to understand? STOP the lies, most folks are not as dense as you hope that they are. I expect some flack from this, so bring it on.

Frankly, I am really disappointed with this post. It had to be blogged without ONE SINGLE drop of fact checking. This piece is totally false and is easily debunked in severall ways: 2. Doing the work yourself by Googling "HB 1388" and actually reading the bill. NO WHERE in the bill is there mention of funding to bring Palestinians to the US....and 2. Seeking any of the number of debunking sites, this seeming to be the best:
HB 1388 is a state bill in Indiana pertaining to adoption and foster care. Obama had nothing to do with it..

HOUSE BILL No. 1388A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning family law and juvenile law and to make an appropriation.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
SOURCE: IC 31-25-2-20; (09)HB1388.3.1. --> SECTION 1. IC 31-25-2-20, AS AMENDED BY P.L.3-2008, SECTION 239, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2009]: Sec. 20. (a) The department shall collaborate with at least one (1) nonprofit community based agency to develop a grant proposal for submission to potential funding sources, including governmental entities and private foundations, to establish a minimum of three (3) kinship care navigator pilot projects to assist kinship caregivers with understanding and navigating the system of services for children in out-of-home care.(b) The proposal under subsection (a) must seek to do the following:
(1) Divide the whole state into the following three (3) regions:
(A) Northern Indiana.
(B) Central Indiana.
(C) Southern Indiana.
(2) Establish at least one (1) kinship care navigator pilot project in each region described under subdivision (1) with each project managed by a participating community based agency. (c) A person who acts as a kinship care navigator under the kinship care navigator pilot project shall be required to do the following:
(1) Have an understanding of the various state agency systems serving kinship caregivers.
(2) Work in partnership with local community service providers.
(3) Track trends, concerns, and other factors related to kinship caregivers.
(4) Assist in establishing stable, respectful relationships between kinship caregivers and department staff.
(d) The implementation of the kinship care navigator pilot projectsis contingent upon receipt of nonstate or private funding for the pilotprojects.
(d) If the department receives state funding for implementation of the kinship care navigator pilot projects, the department shall apply for applicable federal funding for costs associated with the kinship care navigator pilot projects.
(e) The department shall report annually to the:
(1) legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6; and
(2) governor;
on the implementation of the kinship care navigator pilot projects with recommendations on statewide implementation of the pilot projects beginning one (1) year after implementation of the pilot projects.
(f) The report under subsection (e) must:
(1) provide data that demonstrates whether the kinship care navigator pilot projects reduced barriers of access to services by kinship caregivers;
(2) identify statutory and administrative barriers for kinship caregivers; and
(3) provide recommendations to reduce or eliminate the barriers to services without adverse consequences to children placed with kinship caregivers.
(g) This SECTION expires January 1, 2011. July 1, 2013.

If a child alleged to be a child in need of services is taken into custody under an order of the court under this article, not later than thirty (30) days after the date the child is taken into custody, the department shall:
(1) exercise due diligence to identify all blood and adoptive relatives of the child, including any other adult relative suggested by a parent; and (2) subject to exceptions due to family or domestic violence, provide notice to all the blood and adoptive relatives identified under subdivision (1) that includes the following information:
(A) A statement that the child has been or is being removed from the custody of the parent, guardian, or custodian of the child.
(B) An explanation of the options the blood or adoptive relative has under federal and state law to participate in the care and placement of the child, including any options that may be lost by failing to respond to the notice under this section.
(C) A description of:
(i) the requirements to become a licensed foster family home; and
(ii) the additional services and support that are available for children placed in a foster family home.
(D) If the state participates in payments under kinship guardianship assistance agreements, a description of how the blood or adoptive relative of the child may subsequently enter into a kinship guardianship assistance agreement to receive payments.

The sister act is HR 1444 .. It is a duplicate of 1388 BUT it includes the verbage of mandatory volunteerism. You and your children will be MANDATED to go to "CAMPuses" to learn and be "TRAINED". Be fearful and aware that this bill, 1444, is more dangerous than 1388.
Chuck Schumer (Sen - D-NY) wants to make 9/11 a National Day of Volunteerism and plans on rolling this out on 9/11 of this year.

There is no such thing as an "HB" There are Senate Bills (SB) and House Resolutions (HR), however no such thing as House Bill. HR1388 was the Serve America Act, and egregious as THAT act is...it isn't what is referred to in this article.
This seems to me more like Israeli propaganda than anything else. Beware the PSYOPs from our supposed allies. This is classic PSYOP layout and language. Could have been pulled from V. Klempferer's "Lingua Terciae Imperiae" which guided the Italian, Spanish and German versions of fascism throughout that era.
