Morpheus interviews Josh Irino from Property Six  about a shooting that occurred at Clubhouse Music Venue in Tempe, Arizona in March 2012.  Now according to Josh the Police have created a Black List of "Dangerous Artists".  Venue owners who have "dangerous Artists" playing are required to have additional police "protection".  Venue owners who do not let them selves be extorted by the Tempe police department for additional "protection"
