Meritless Lawsuit Claims Conspiracy Undermined Hillary's Campaign

On Friday, the undemocratic DNC filed suit in Manhattan federal district court, alleging a conspiracy involving Trump's campaign team, Russia and Julian Assange aimed to undermine Hillary's presidential run.

It also alleged violations of federal copyright laws and the Trade Secrets Act.

The 66-page suit names Donald J. Trump for president, Inc. (not him personally), Donald Trump Jr., his son-in-law Jared Kushner, former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, former campaign staffers George Papadopoulos, Rick Gates, and "John Does 1-10," along with WikiLeaks and Julian Assange.

The suit is as absurd as suing Iran, the Saudis, or anyone else for the state-sponsored 9/11 mother of all false flags - CIA dirty hands surely involved, maybe along with Israel's Mossad.

Any legitimate tribunal would throw the DNC suit out of court straightaway - with strong admonishment never to try pulling a similar stunt again, the suit clearly without merit, disgracefully filed for political reasons. 

On Friday, undemocratic DNC chairman Tom Perez explained the (meritless) suit as follows, saying:

"During the 2016 presidential campaign, Russia launched an all-out assault on our democracy (sic), and it found a willing and active partner in Donald Trump's campaign," adding:

"This constituted an act of unprecedented treachery: the campaign of a nominee for president of the United States in league with a hostile foreign power to bolster its own chance to win the presidency."

The suit alleges (nonexistent) Russian hackers, Kremlin officials, and members of Trump's team conspired to alter results of the 2016 presidential election.

All of the above is pure rubbish. No credible evidence supports clearly spurious accusations.

Plaintiffs should have virtually no chance of prevailing - provided proceedings follow rule of law principles, requiring proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

There is none. Defense lawyers will demand what doesn't exist, just baseless accusations with nothing corroborating them.

The meritless suit should be dismissed straightaway. Cold hard facts are needed to justify it. None exist.

The suit is more political stunt than an attempt to be awarded a judgment. Yet anything is possible in notorious unjust US courts, especially federal ones stacked with right-wing judges.

Throughout the 2016 presidential campaign, Hillary was her own worst enemy - the most widely despised presidential aspirant in US history, the most ruthlessly dangerous, the most recklessly lawless.

US intelligence community accusations of Russian election meddling were fabricated. Not a shred of evidence proved them.

Hillary undermined her own campaign, not Russia, Trump's team, Assange or anyone else.

She and the DNC financed former UK MI6 operative Christopher Steele's doggy dossier.

It contained spurious accusations without evidence, unverified rubbish alleging misconduct and collusion between Trump, his team, and Russia during the presidential campaign - including falsely claiming Kremlin US election meddling.

It was fake news to delegitimize Trump and vilify Russia more than already. The official narrative unravelled long ago for everyone paying attention.

Yet it's kept alive by scoundrel media disinformation and fake news. 

Dirty tricks and character assassination are commonplace in America, other Western societies, and elsewhere.

America's political class is ideologically extremist, lawless and soulless - undemocratic Dems as vile as Republicans.

Their permanent war agenda threatens everyone everywhere. Intensified Russia bashing risks potentially devastating East/West confrontation.

Extremist lunatics in Washington make the unthinkable possible.
