Abolition of Rights Affirmed by International and Constitutional Law

Free and open US/Western societies no longer exist.

The constitutional right of unobstructed free expression — no matter how objectionable to others — is at risk of elimination altogether.

Threatened by the new abnormal, speech, media and academic freedoms are under assault.

If undermined, eliminated, and perhaps criminalized when diverging from the fabricated official narrative, all other rights will likely go with them.

Dark forces want views on the most crucial issue of all time silenced in pursuit of aiming to get all unwanted people jabbed with health destroying toxins.

America's Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) in the vanguard of practicing medicine with patient needs and rights in mind over all else stressed that US constitutional rights greatly eroded.

They're at risk of total elimination on the phony pretext of protecting public health by destroying it with toxic jabs.

A free press is only available to dark forces owning them.

Free expression on the most cutting-edge issue of all time only goes unchallenged when sticking to the official narrative with destroying public health in mind.

Diverging in favor of truth-telling risks loss of fundamental freedoms, including unobstructed access to public places, employment, education, perhaps medical care ahead and right to buy food in markets to sustain life.

Weeks short of aged-93, Noam Chomsky shamefully called for voluntary isolation of the unjabbed, saying:

For "people who refuse (them), I think the right response for them is not to force them to but rather to insist that they be isolated (sic)," adding:

"If people decide 'I am willing to be a danger to the community by refusing the' jab (sic), they should then say well 'I also have the decency to isolate myself (sic).' " 

" 'I don't want a (jab) but I don't have the right to run around harming people (sic).' "

"That should be a convention (sic). Enforcing is a different question." 

"It should be understood and we should try to get it to be understood."

Does Chomsky support denying refuseniks rights affirmed everyone under international law — and for Americans, what's constitutionally mandated?

Did senility overcome him late in life?

Or is he just ignorant about all things flu/covid, including about toxic health-destroying jabs crucial to shun with protecting and preserving health in mind?

When pastors, priests, rabbis, and preachers of other religious faiths speak out against all things flu/covid, especially about toxic jabs, they're demonized as heretics.

Speaking truthfully about the health-destroying hazards of toxic jabs risks alienating family members and friends.

Refusing to be jabbed threatens loss of employment, access to higher education on campus, denial of entry to public places, and for doctors, the risk of delicensing and loss of their livelihood.

The right to bodily integrity as affirmed under the Fourth and 14th Amendments is gone.

So are due process and judicial fairness, according to the rule of law.

Rights affirmed by the Nuremberg Code were abolished — notably that all things related to health require voluntary consent, never pressure, threats or coercion to self-inflict harm on the phony pretext of protecting health.

Post-9/11, especially after seasonal flu was renamed covid, US/Western governance shifted unannounced from totalitarian rule to a hair's breadth shy of full-blown tyranny.

Everything mandated or otherwise pushed is with unparalleled mass-extermination of unwanted billions and elimination of greatly eroded freedoms in mind.

Physician, educator, Declaration of Independence signatory Benjamin Rush said the following:

"Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution, the time will come when medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship to restrict the art of healing to" the privileged class, denying it to others.

"The Constitution of this republic should make special privilege for medical freedom as well as religious freedom."

Rush likely didn't realize that what he urged can't secure fundamental freedoms when diabolical dark forces are mobilized to eliminate them — what's ongoing today.

US/Western ones are sowing divisions in society and exploiting people with diabolical aims in mind.

They're eliminating what remains of fundamental freedoms in their countries.

They're mass-poisoning countless millions of unwanted people to exterminate them.

AFLDS founder Dr. Simone Gold stressed the following:

The WHO, HHS, FDA, CDC, NIH and counterpart agencies in other Western countries "are proven liars who have lost all credibility and common-sense, while jeopardizing YOUR health and safety." 

"What disgusts me most is how their failed prescriptions have exposed (and grievously harmed) the most vulnerable: our elderly and our children."

"The New York Times, CNN, NPR, and hundreds of other news outlets have censored the truth in order to preserve their power."

Twitter, Facebook, Google/YouTube, Apple, and dozens of other tech companies are throttling down content, suppressing information, and de-platforming those with whom they disagree."

The Biden regime "White House, by pitting the (jabbed) against the un(jabbed), created a scenario whereby they are imposing their imperialism and decrees on both groups."

"This is madness, and it must stop."

We can either yield to their diabolical aims or resist.

There's no ambiguity about the only way forward.
