Farmer want to re-legalize hemp
• APDavid C. Monson seems an improbable soul to find at the leading edge of a national movement to legalize growing hemp, a plant that shares a species name, a genus type and, in many circles, a reputation, with marijuana.

After hemp prohibition came the "war on drugs". A deadly farce pretending to benefit the US. But law enforcement is getting out of hand. See what the Law Enforcement Against Prohibition web site has to say on why the lost, expensive & now murderous,"war" should be ended. When police kill old ladies & plant bags of marijuana in her home to cover it up something needs to change. When the DEA shoots a 14 year old girl in the head for no reason...on I could go.
Thank you.

You can also find out why hemp & cannabis were outlawed in the first place. Also watch the DVD "GRASS". The History Channel site has info as well.
Prohibiting hemp had much more to do with the new (at the time) synthetic products industry than any real danger from cannabis. It was & still is, about protecting the synthetic industry's profit margin by eliminating competition from hemp as well as WR Hurst's investments in paper from trees used to make newspaper.
Now we have the "war on drugs". A war more deadly than the drugs themselves. When we have old ladies being killed by police who have a bad tip or the wrong address & the DEA shooting 14 year old girls in the head...(on I could go), something needs to be done. Find out more at the Law Enforcement Against Prohibition website.
Thank you!
