The ACLU will want to have nothing to do with suing to prevent the enslavement of high school and middle-schoolers by an ironically African American led government. Filing such lawsuits without the ACLU will expose their complete hypocrisy and moral cowardice.
The courts will reject such suits because the slaves bringing suit will have no standing.
