I will be 72 on July 26th, so I guess I must be an "old guy." On July 15th, I will be registering to run for Tulsa City Council, District Four, as a "Ron Paul Republican." Many of the incumbent Councilors act as rulers, making important decisions affecting the lives and fortunes of their constituents without consulting or informing them. If I'm elected, I plan to turn this around and act as a representative of the people of my District rather than their boss or ruler. The young do not have exclusive ownership of the principles of individual liberty.
