Bank's thumbprint rule irks man born with no arms
• APA Florida man born without arms says a Tampa bank would not let him cash a check because he couldn’t provide a thumbprint.
He says he presented two forms of identification but was still denied.
A bank manager told him he could either come back to the bank with his wife or open an account himself.
Bank of America...the same bank that will open accounts for an Illegal alien with only a Marticular Card (not accepted at Mexican banks as ID).....But anyone not an Illegal alien (US citizens) will need to show 2 forms of ID and have a valid SS#
Same for Wells Fargo and why I took my money elsewhere.
