Cha Ching! Why didn't they think of stealing personal property sooner? I have an idea... why don't they just write a law that says they can pull over any Mexican and see if they are illegal.... if they are, they can KEEP THE CAR!

LoTek, wow. I was just coming in here to propose that there is a vaccume in a certain transportation market, courtesy of the government, that any enterprising entrepreneur can capitalize on. But you gave me a better idea.
To heck with law enforcement, how about if we catch an illegal, WE get to keep the car. Profile stops totally tolerated. So anyone with the last name, oh, to pick one at random like Vallejo, we can just stop by and tow it.
