You can beat a dead horse with a sword and that's probably how he got that way. And now he can't draw your plowshare. The issues of licensure are superfluous; people will blame you and the sword, not the horse. The plowshare is just a metaphor for all the nice things we could have if we just stopped beating horses to begin with. The horse himself is symbolic of something but as usual, I've put Descartes before deshorses.
Did it occur to anyone to ask how the hell the cop knows you have the CCW?
