There is, now, so much treaty law out there... treaty law that doesn't really apply to the average citizen even though he/she feels that it does and acts accordingly... that Government officials can act outside of their authority, sometimes intentionally, but other times without even realizing it.
So, according to treaty law, Government agency policy is made that adversely affects all of us, even though it may not really apply to any of us.
It is past time for Government officials to maintain Constitutional Law within the U.S. American borders, above that of any treaty. A treaty which is written to overshadow the Constitution is a false treaty... an illegal law. If it is done intentionally for this reason by lawmakers, it is treason.
