Expand USA drone use with collision avoidance equipment

With regard to the article "Air collision fears slow expansion of US drone use" I can\'t imaginewhy these predators haven\'t been fitted with a TCAS collision avodance devise similar to those used on commercial airliners. It\'s not as if our rich Uncle is short of resources.......
