Considering that I have personal experience surrounding events in my/his past for opposing Mr. Pearce and his "flexible" therefore self serving attitudes toward legal matters,  SB 1433 appears to me a reaffirmation of Articlies 9 and 10 of the Bill of Rights, added in amendment to the Constitution for the Unites States of America, in state stautory form. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT?

His authoring of SB 1433 is NOT valid reasoning for a recall petition. Contrary to what has been force fed to the American public concerning federal jurisdiction, the federal government has no jurisdiction on territory that it has no bona-fide title to. Last time I looked that territory did not include, in their entirety, the legitimate and several states of America.
