Bursting Your Bubble Again
Our good friend Frosty Woodbridge noted in one of his recent articles that so-called ruling ELITES “Congress, the Administration and the Judiciary” are not enforcing insider trading laws when they’re doing it but for the rest of us, it’s illegal and we go to jail if caught. Go figure!!!! By having prior knowledge of military contracts they have “firsthand” knowledge, literally of what contracts are and aren’t going to be approved and their buying that stock.
(1.) They aren't elites. There is nothing elite about them. They're a bunch of psychopathic oligarchs or at least from research it appears that many of them are. Anybody who continuously lies under the pretence that they are doing what is in the best interest of the majority, while shoving as much money as they do into their own and their supporters pockets, surely defines a psychopath.
(2.) Beating Congress is like trying to beat the drug cartels. Every time you take one out, there are five people waiting in the wings to take their place. Anybody knows, to really beat the Drug Cartels, all we must do is repeal the drug laws and the Drug Cartels disappear. Trying to beat the oligarchs at the game they control appears historically impossible, as they are willing to do the most devious of actions to obtain their objectives. Even murder, as five past U.S. Presidents would attest to, if they were still around.
Even taking them out with civil war has been fruitless as American history has shown. Other than the Abolition of Slavery, that took a civil war and hundreds of thousands of dead and wounded and Women’s Suffrage, what individual rights have the political process protected or garnered in over 220 years? The oligarchs actually made a big deal about granting the Citizens “Equal Civil Rights” when we already had them or at least we should have had them according to our Constitutions and what society defines as inalienable rights. As Jefferson noted, deciding on being a 2/3’s of a Citizen (Slave) and therefore not having individual rights is ludicrous and arrogant; the motives and actions of psychopaths acting in their own self interest. Yes, I’m calling some of our founding fathers psychopaths but I will give some the benefit of a doubt, as I believe they were truly trying to make government work. However:
The very notion that the institution that is creating 98% of the problems on the planet, can be used to reconcile these problems appears historically inaccurate and therefore delusional. Just a few examples: Many legal cases show that it’s government and the judiciary that allows certain businesses to pollute our water and air and then strips or denies the Citizen’s rights to legal recourse against these polluters? Is it not corporate welfare by government that has done much harm to our society? Do we not have the largest military industrial complex in the world, while some Citizens suffer under an 18% (E-6) unemployment rate? Has not the Central Bankers boom and busted four (4) consecutive generations while being protected by government? I can go on and on bur will refrain, as I am most likely preaching to the choir.
I believe the only way in which to ever be able to fully utilize the inalienable rights we have, is to have the free market manage the judicial system, rather than having government do it. Congress may write the laws, but is it not the Judiciary that both defines the terms and either concurs or dissents to its enforcement. Justice is the only solution and without it we are just pissing in the wind. Sorry to bust your bubble, but come on, we must face this reality. If we continue to allow government to maintain its controls, the majority appear doomed to eternal warfare, excessive taxation, regulations and oppressive enforcement.
