Republicans descend on Mackinac Island

Michigan Republicans convened on Mackinac Island amidst a sea of Ron Paul supporters. Paul, a Texas congressman and GOP presidential hopeful attending the Republican leadership conference, supporters lined the docks and swarmed the Grand Hotel.

"He ought to appoint me his national co-chair," Anuzis told the breakfast gathering in introducing Paul. "I doubled his name recognition in 48 hours." what a maroon!
