It's time for citizen groups to start using things like Iris Scans and Tazers, etc., on a wide scale, for their own defense against every form of predator.

As long as the general public has become "Big Brother" through the use of cellphone cameras, why not build Iris Scanning photography into cellphones so that we can all protect ourselves against sex predators, including the ones in the police force?

Why did they not name the states ?
Possibly they are using hype ?
