Andrew Jackson, What did you say? Unconstitutional government may teach us. Our Supreme Court ruled that "Congress cannot abdicate it's duty and delegate it to another group"
Schecter Poultry V US 295 US 495 1935. IF it was LAW then why isn't it now?
