 I actually live within rifle distance of that, and it is no longer there. It hasn't been for over 3 years now. Centex Homes has their new development, Asante, sitting there now. This is an old sat photo.

 I love them. What's interesting to me is how many get redeveloped, but you can still clearly see their outlines from the air. Pull out from the one specifically asked about, and you can see many more right around there.

 I know what it is. The southwest is littered with them.

Here's one, of a different shape that gives away the purpose, to the south of Phoenix.

Here's another, northeast of Fort Sumner, NM.

This one is in current use. I've used this one and the one south of Phoenix for their original purpose between 92 and 94.
