Even more disturbing is that the proposed reform will follow the blueprint of Hitler’s Aktion T-4 Eugenics program that will mean death for millions of citizens because of “cost effectiveness”, or lives deemed unworthy of living. Buried in the legislation is a provision for a class 2 implantable device for participants.
