The Phoenix city council has ran the city into bankruptcy and now the SLAVES must foot the bill. The Overlords have decided that the way to pay for their wanton spending is to TAX FOOD. A food tax is the most evil, immoral, unethical tax in existence as it deprives an individual the right to exist! A food tax is also the most regressive tax as it hurts the people at the bottom of the economic spectrum the most. The people are prepared to mount a full frontal attack on this tax of humanity.
