To me, 4:20 (and thus 4/20) is all about good things, positive things like sharing fine cheeba with your friends, and celebrating the God-given freedom to ingest whatever the hell you want without some government asshole (or a jaded neighbor) harshing on your good vibes.  So, exactly who have I harmed when I light one up?  Have I hurt you in some way connie (your spelling not mine)? 

Don't you dare tell me what I am and what I am not.  What makes you think you have the right to judge me by calling me a "nazi loving druggie?"  Where do you get off trying to tell me what "event" I am celebrating. 

Those that celebrate 4/20 focus on the goodness of life and the bounty of the earth, which is just about the diametric opposite of celebrating the birthday of someone who destroyed the goodness of life by murdering millions of people for arbirtrary reasons, and the bounty of the earth by dragging the entire world into war.

Shame on you Connie, really.  Shame on you.

I have this feeling I can't pin down. It's not entirely familiar, or maybe like a shadow of a memory. Or perhaps back in my ancestral knowlege, somebody back in time felt this way. Now I wouldn't bet my bank on it, but just to take a guess, I suspect this is how it feels when something good finally happens for a change.

But this is also existentially threatening to me. If this positivity continues, the world will shortly have no use for negative, pessimistic creeps like me. And I will be doubly a pariah and outcast of the nations. And outcast's outcast if you will.
