The Federal Communications Commission may not be able to enforce net neutrality rules on the Internet, due to the decision a federal appeals court made earlier today.
The ruling states that the FCC must first get Congress to approve the sweeping expansion of its regulatory power.
The decision makes it clear that the FCC has no authority to force Comcast to stop managing its broadband network as it likes.
