Just one square millimeter: Scientists create world's tiniest computer

The unnamed mini-machine, a pressure monitor ocular implant, is designed to treat patients suffering from glaucoma. A team of researchers at the University of Michigan developed the computer and expect it to be available on the marketplace within the next few years.
