You make and interesting statement regarding the fed

Congress could set a date 12–24 months in the future on which the privileges of the FED would all end. It could become private if it chose.

The Fed is Private. Always has been, Always will be. God help us all if it ever did become a publicly held entity... like... ummmm... say....Goldman Sachs or JP Morgan.
