Plenty of guesses but are any true?

John Kurtz was scheduled for trial on May 16 in Orlando FL where he faced 6 years in jail for the victimless "crime" of videotaping a cop in public.

May 16 came and went and John Kurtz seemingly disappeared right off the face of the internet.
